Please call 07852253747 for an informal exploratory conversation. Designed for conflicts involving senior clergy, clergy, support staff and lay people. Together you will get under the skin of your conflict, dispute or disagreement. Within a safe-enough space, you will constructively challenge one another, take time to listen deeply and ask the questions you always wanted to ask. Supported by an experienced mediator, you will have the opportunity to problem-solve existing challenges and develop a road map to build your future relationship, meet needs and overcome obstacles. Mediations typically take place over one or more days (not including preparation and aftercare) but can potentially be broken down into shorter sessions. They are informal and voluntary and participants can stop at any point should they wish. Please do get in touch for an informal exploratory conversation.
