Mediation can either be the 'first response' to a submitted complaint following a brief review, or a recommended outcome to a formal process. Designed specifically with the Church of England's Clergy Disciplinary Measure and other denominations' disciplinary processes in mind. Mediations typically take place over one or more days (not including preparation and aftercare) but can potentially be broken down into shorter sessions.
