Please Call 07852253747 for an Informal Exploratory Conversation The vast majority of disciplinary issues can be resolved informally without the need for a formal, often protracted process that is costly and stressful for all involved. Mediation can either be the 'first response' to a submitted complaint following a brief review, or a recommended outcome to a formal process. Designed specifically with the Church of England's Clergy Disciplinary Measure and other denominations' disciplinary processes in mind. Mediations typically take place over one or more days (not including preparation and aftercare) but can potentially be broken down into shorter sessions.
