Mediating Larger Groups

Service Description

Please call 07852253747 for an informal exploratory conversation. Designed for larger group conflicts involving senior clergy, clergy, support staff and/or lay people. Supported by an experienced group mediator, this bespoke service will enable groups of 4 or more people to work through their conflict and develop an action plan for working together respectfully and collaboratively. Mediations involving larger groups typically take place over several days (not including preparation and aftercare) but can potentially be broken down into shorter sessions. Careful preparation and full aftercare support is provided to all participants. Please get in touch for an informal exploratory conversation.
